We offer a variety of private, small group, fitness classes with maximum in-person capacity limited, depending on the specific class. Keeping the class size small allows us to provide even more individualized instruction, including offering modifications for each person’s current fitness level or accommodating injury and recovery.

Barre Fit

This class is a total body workout that uses ballet and Pilates techniques to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Your thighs will tone up, your core will strengthen, your posture will improve, and your backside will perk up too.

Pilates Yoga Fusion

A Pilates-based workout that combines elements of Yoga and Barre using a variety of props and equipment. In this class, we focus on slow, controlled movements that deliver an exceptional burn that will help strengthen your arms, legs, and especially your core.

Silver Sneaker Classic

Difficulty: Basic

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneaker ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Silver Sneaker Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. Just like a regular yoga practice, Chair Yoga helps participants stay healthy, and vibrant by helping to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness.

Power Circuit is a structured strength and conditioning class built around timed strength waves and focused cardio intervals. Move with purpose, build total-body strength, and improve endurance in a dynamic, well-balanced format.

Strength

We are going to take our strength (physically and mentally) to the next level. Challenge your body and your mind as we reach muscle fatigue through challenging strength reps and sets. Push your limits and see what you are made of. Consistent strength training will help protect and strengthen your bones and joints, improve muscle mass, reduce fat, and improve your quality of life.

Arms Superwaves

Duration: 30 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class pairs upper body strength exercises with core work in back-to-back supersets for maximum efficiency. Using the 30/40/50 format, you’ll progressively increase your work time each round, challenging both endurance and strength. Expect fresh weekly variations that build stronger arms, improve core stability, and leave you feeling powerful in just 30 minutes.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a creative, moving yoga practice where poses (asanas) are linked with the breath in a flowing sequence. This practice helps develop overall strength and flexibility and allows the body to release tension and stress.
