We offer a variety of private, small group, fitness classes with maximum in-person capacity limited, depending on the specific class. Keeping the class size small allows us to provide even more individualized instruction, including offering modifications for each person’s current fitness level or accommodating injury and recovery.

Power Circuit

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Intermediate, Advanced

Power Circuit is a structured strength and conditioning class built around timed strength waves and focused cardio intervals. Move with purpose, build total-body strength, and improve endurance in a dynamic, well-balanced format.

Step HIIT

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class uses a step platform to improve cardiovascular function, enhance coordination and stability. We do this by introducing a series of step exercises that stack in sequence to complete a routine. We will also perform exercises designed to strengthen our muscles within timed intervals.

Arms Superwaves

Duration: 30 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class pairs upper body strength exercises with core work in back-to-back supersets for maximum efficiency. Using the 30/40/50 format, you’ll progressively increase your work time each round, challenging both endurance and strength. Expect fresh weekly variations that build stronger arms, improve core stability, and leave you feeling powerful in just 30 minutes.
