Strength

We offer a variety of private, small group, fitness classes with maximum in-person capacity limited, depending on the specific class. Keeping the class size small allows us to provide even more individualized instruction, including offering modifications for each person’s current fitness level or accommodating injury and recovery.

Barre Fit

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class is a total body workout that uses ballet and Pilates techniques to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Your thighs will tone up, your core will strengthen, your posture will improve, and your backside will perk up too.

Pilates Fusion

Duration: 60 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

In this class, we will combine the stretch, focus, and balance of a yoga practice with the stability that comes from Pilates exercises. This class has a yoga pace and feel while incorporating Pilates exercises to develop shoulder, core, and pelvic stability.

Step & AMRAP

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class uses a step platform to improve cardiovascular function, enhance coordination and stability, and work your memory. We do this by introducing a series of step exercises that stack in sequence to complete the routine. In the last 12 minutes of class we will cycle through 4 strength exercises, getting in “as many rounds as possible” (AMRAP), making this a full-body workout.

Super Strength

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Advanced

This is an Advanced Class Only!! We are going to take our strength (physically and mentally) to the next level. Challenge your body and your mind as we rotate through out the room at four different stations. Push your limits and see what you are made of.

Toned 30 / 60

Duration: 30 mins, 60 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

Strength Training is so important to maintain a healthy body. This 30-min or 60-min class will work those large muscle groups (arms, legs, core, chest, and back) leaving you feeling stronger and accomplished. Consistent strength training will help protect and strengthen your bones and joints, improve muscle mass, reduce fat, and improve your quality of life.

Silver Sneaker Classic

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneaker ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Silver Sneaker Yoga

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic

Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. Just like a regular yoga practice, Chair Yoga helps participants stay healthy, and vibrant by helping to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness.
