We offer a variety of private, small group, fitness classes with maximum in-person capacity limited, depending on the specific class. Keeping the class size small allows us to provide even more individualized instruction, including offering modifications for each person’s current fitness level or accommodating injury and recovery.

Barre Fit

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class is a total body workout that uses ballet and Pilates techniques to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Your thighs will tone up, your core will strengthen, your posture will improve, and your backside will perk up too.

Pilates Fusion

Duration: 60 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

In this class, we will combine the stretch, focus, and balance of a yoga practice with the stability that comes from Pilates exercises. This class has a yoga pace and feel while incorporating Pilates exercises to develop shoulder, core, and pelvic stability.

Twisted Tabata

Duration: 30 mins, 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This is Tabata with a twist. We will switch between traditional Tabata sets (8 rounds of 20 secs on and 10 secs off) and strengthening long sets. This class can help boost metabolism, boost aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels, as well as strengthen and tax those muscles.

Toned 30 / 60

Duration: 30 mins, 60 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

Strength Training is so important to maintain a healthy body. This 30-min or 60-min class will work those large muscle groups (arms, legs, core, chest, and back) leaving you feeling stronger and accomplished. Consistent strength training will help protect and strengthen your bones and joints, improve muscle mass, reduce fat, and improve your quality of life.
