Cardio

We offer a variety of private, small group, fitness classes with maximum in-person capacity limited, depending on the specific class. Keeping the class size small allows us to provide even more individualized instruction, including offering modifications for each person’s current fitness level or accommodating injury and recovery.

Cardio Burn

Duration: 60 mins

Difficulty: Intermediate, Advanced

Where fitness meets dance. This class will have you burning calories and toning muscles to the beat. Cardio dance moves, body resistance, and dumbbells are used to target and fatigue different body areas. Each song has its own dedicated routine. At first, it’s all-new, but as you learn the routines, the workout intensifies and the hour flies by.

Kickboxing

Duration: 60 mins

Difficulty: Intermediate, Advanced

This class will get you moving with cardio-intense kickboxing techniques. This well-rounded class will burn calories, increase muscle tone, improve flexibility and coordination as well as work out pent-up stress.

Step & AMRAP

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class uses a step platform to improve cardiovascular function, enhance coordination and stability, and work your memory. We do this by introducing a series of step exercises that stack in sequence to complete the routine. In the last 12 minutes of class we will cycle through 4 strength exercises, getting in “as many rounds as possible” (AMRAP), making this a full-body workout.

EMOM Burn

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

EMOM, an acronym for “every minute on the minute” is a form of High Intensity Interval Training. We will be pounding out the reps to a different exercise at the start of each minute, so the faster you complete your reps, the more rest you have before the next minute starts. This workout will shed calories fast while building up your muscle endurance and strength.

Spin Psycle

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This class will improve your cardio and heart health, strengthen your legs, glutes & core, as well as enhance your mental strength and well-being. You will be burning calories with less pressure on your knees, ankles, and feet compared to some traditional cardio alternatives. As the play on words suggests, this class will use the force generated from spinning to help you remove the excess that can weigh you down both physically and mentally.

Twisted Tabata

Duration: 30 mins, 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This is Tabata with a twist. We will switch between traditional Tabata sets (8 rounds of 20 secs on and 10 secs off) and strengthening long sets. This class can help boost metabolism, boost aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels, as well as strengthen and tax those muscles.

Zumba Gold

Duration: 30 mins

Difficulty: Basic

Zumba Gold introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
