We offer a variety of private, small group, fitness classes with maximum in-person capacity limited, depending on the specific class. Keeping the class size small allows us to provide even more individualized instruction, including offering modifications for each person’s current fitness level or accommodating injury and recovery.

EMOM Burn

Duration: 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

EMOM, an acronym for “every minute on the minute” is a form of High Intensity Interval Training. We will be pounding out the reps to a different exercise at the start of each minute, so the faster you complete your reps, the more rest you have before the next minute starts. This workout will shed calories fast while building up your muscle endurance and strength.

Twisted Tabata

Duration: 30 mins, 45 mins

Difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced

This is Tabata with a twist. We will switch between traditional Tabata sets (8 rounds of 20 secs on and 10 secs off) and strengthening long sets. This class can help boost metabolism, boost aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels, as well as strengthen and tax those muscles.
