This class will flow through dynamic and static stretching techniques. When we take time to focus on our flexibility we can improve many areas within the body and daily living. Greater flexibility can improve our range of motion, reduce joint pain, reduce risk of injury, as well as improve posture.
Recalibrate the mind and body. We will bring attention to our breath; stretching and relieving tension from our joints and muscles. All in order to energize ourselves for the day ahead.
