Ballerinas craft their bodies at the barre. This version is is not quite as intense as my Barre Fit class and is a perfect place to begin. This class is a total body workout that uses ballet techniques to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Your arms will gain definition, your thighs will tone up, your core will strengthen, your posture improves, and your backside will perk up. For this class, a chair can serve as your barre if you’re joining us virtually. You’ll also want to have your mat ready and some light (2 lbs) weights or dumbbells.
by wkeving | Mar 14, 2022 | Replays, Circuit Ladder
This class cycles through different exercises as the reps ascend in numbers and then descend back down. This form of training helps to build strength and muscular endurance as well as taxing your cardiorespiratory system. You’ll need some light to moderate weights (dumbbells) and you’ll probably want to have your mat available.

This is a fast-moving, heated class full of flow. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, physical and mental stamina all in one session. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, on breath. This is an advanced class with more advanced poses.
