Regulate and Balance

This Yoga class is designed to help regulate and balance the nervous system, as well as stretch your body. Our bodies desire to be in balance yet, when we experience constant stress our autonomic nervous system gets dis regulated making it very difficult for our bodies to rebound. We will use physical yoga postures and breathing techniques to safely stimulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

She now has six certifications as a fitness instructor and has been leading 7-12 classes per week for hundreds of participants for the last five years.
