Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow is a slower paced flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements which are performed in a sequence. A slower and gentler practice like this allows you to move at a comfortable pace, and creates less strain on your muscles and joints.

BillieJo has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and began her fitness journey as a licensed Zumba® instructor in 2010. She was inspired to go deeper into her passion by getting educated in many forms of fitness and is AFFA group fitness certified, licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Step, Zumba® Gold (for the older population or newly injured), Zumba® Kids and many more Zumba® formats. She has also received training in Kettlebell AMPD, PiYO, and many more popular formats. BillieJo was first introduced to Power Yoga in 2019 and was immediately drawn to it, with a desire to immerse herself into its teaching and philosophy. In 2020, BillieJo earned her 200 hour Power Yoga Teacher Training.
