A combination of step aerobics and high-intensity interval training with pulse-pounding music, this class can help you build strength, reduce fat, boost cardiovascular health, and have a positive effect on your mental health (specifically, your brain’s neuroplasticity) in a short amount of time. We use only bodyweight and a step.
