Power Yoga

This is a fast-moving class full of flow. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina all in one session. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, on breath. This is an advanced class with more advanced poses. You’ll want to have a mat available for this class.

BillieJo has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and began her fitness journey as a licensed Zumba® instructor in 2010. She was inspired to go deeper into her passion by getting educated in many forms of fitness and is AFFA group fitness certified, licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Step, Zumba® Gold (for the older population or newly injured), Zumba® Kids and many more Zumba® formats. She has also received training in Kettlebell AMPD, PiYO, and many more popular formats. BillieJo was first introduced to Power Yoga in 2019 and was immediately drawn to it, with a desire to immerse herself into its teaching and philosophy. In 2020, BillieJo earned her 200 hour Power Yoga Teacher Training.
